GMDSS Radio Survey
Seven Seas Marine has for many years conducted radio survey on behalf of all the major Classification Societies in China and Taiwan. It is important that emergency and safety equipment is inspected and are in good condition in order for end user to trust the equipments if an accident should happen.
All our Radio Technicians own GOC (General Operator Certificate), which means that they are all familiar with servicing and testing the radio equipment to be checked during the radio survey. Furthermore, Radio Technicians have all participated in courses about the rules that forms the background for radio surveys.
We also have close contacts with the classification societies, so that we are always updated with new rules that could affect the performance of radio survey. To ensure a good quality and traceability of the work carried out, all instruments used by our technicians are constantly calibrated and inspected by an independent test laboratory.
